Technical Support
To solve technical problems from customers, we offer them much know-how from our professional R&D and experienced technical teams with more than 30 years in the fields of chemistry and screen printing field.
We provide services during the product development from design artwork to application methods. Furthermore, our R&D team consistently explores new materials and new techniques to keep our products innovated.
To maintain 100% quality control for our products, we conduct 4 different stages of quality control-IPQC, FQC, TQC, OQC and provide free in-house test. Our test lab is fully approved by ITS which is able to rapidly provide reliable test reports, shorten the time of development, and reduce cost for our customers.
